Chris – Founder and Realtor
Chris Iseley is the Buyer and Seller Specialist at Iseley Real Estate Group. Beginning his career with Carrington Real Estate Services, Chris quickly rose to the top and was blessed with early success. He was then recruited by Coldwell Banker Previews International in Newport Beach, CA where he met business partner Christian Walsh.
Chris also has 7 years experience working in sales and management conducting high level executive meetings, controlling business negotiations and managing small teams to achieve a common goal.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Strategic Communications with a Minor in Business from the University of Kentucky. He is also a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
Chris currently resides in Aliso Viejo, CA with his wife, Marilee, and their daughter. When he is not buying and selling, Chris can be found golfing, fishing or watching Kentucky basketball. CalBRE#01910219
Marilee – Administrative Manager
Marilee Iseley is Administrative Manager at Iseley Real Estate Group. For seven years, Marilee enjoyed educating children, 6-11 years of age. Many skills Marilee polished while in education made the transition to real estate seamless. Her focus on organization, time management, and dedication to school families and now clients have proven her an integral part of the Iseley Real Estate team. Marilee holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion Disease Prevention and a Minor in Psychology from the University of Southern California. She has also earned an Elementary Teaching Credential and a Master’s Degree in the Art of Education from the University of California, Irvine.
Marilee currently resides in Aliso Viejo, CA with her husband Chris and their two daughters. Outside of work, Marilee spends most of her time in the great outdoors. She and her family often enjoy activities including camping, hiking and fishing.
Chad – Home Loans and Tax Preparation Manager
Chad Peshke is Home Loans and Tax Preparation Manager at Iseley Real Estate Group. Chad is an experienced Financial Services Provider specializing in tax preparation, home loans and personal finance coaching. Before crunching numbers, Chad played pro baseball for the Cleveland Indians organization.
Chad holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of California in Santa Barbara. Chad is licensed in tax preparation, loan origination, real estate and insurance. He is a member of the Saddleback Church Finance Ministry and an active supporter of junior achievement (financial literacy education for our youth).
Born and raised in Redondo Beach, CA, Chad currently resides in Aliso Viejo with his wife Christina, dog Tanner and two cats Caden and Bailey. In his free time, Chad enjoys golf, travel and anything outdoors and rooting for his favorite teams the LA Dodgers, LA Lakers and Baltimore Ravens.
Catherine – Transaction Manager
Catherine (Bui) Nguyen is Transaction Manager at Iseley & Walsh Real Estate Group. Catherine entered the wholesale mortgage lending world in 2005 and quickly achieved success as an Account Manager for Fremont Investment & Loan and Saxon Mortgage Inc. Through her career in lending, she supported Account Executives with portfolios averaging 10 million dollars and quickly earned awards with holding the best speed of origination.
In 2008, she followed her passion and joined Carrington Real Estate Services where she supervises a team of Transaction Coordinators whose job is to facilitate the closing functions of the property and ensure all files are in compliance with the Department of Real Estate.
Catherine holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from California State University of Fullerton and is a member of the California Association of Realtors. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent/Transaction Coordinator and bilingual in Vietnamese.
Born and raised in Orange County, CA, Catherine currently resides in Santa Ana with her husband, Jackson, and daughter Penelope. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, practicing yoga, and most importantly being a mom.
Emilie – Office Manager
Emilie Harrell is the back-end administrative assistant providing office support! With 11 years of Customer Service experience ranging from retail sales to management abilities, her focus and skills provide great client support and organization. Emilie can do everything, from precise instruction manuals to large client data input. She picks up new skills with ease and will assist the team in graphic design and sales support! She’s a valuable asset and keeps the company running behind the scenes. She is the glue that holds everyone together.
Emilie currently lives with her family in Coto de Caza, CA. Her hobbies include reading, cooking up new recipes, and going to the gym whenever she can. Her 2 year old daughter, Jasmine, keeps her busy and constantly on the run!
