 Chris found us an incredible home during a very hectic time – my pregnant wife, daughter, dog and I had just moved across the country for a new job. We arrived in California having some idea of where we wanted to live, but frankly we were uninformed on the details of many areas. Our previous experience with agents was such that we did all the research and the realtor swooped in at the end to make the sale. Not so with Chris – he took time to understand our specific wants/needs, assumed the burden of researching communities, and showed us many potential homes which fit our criteria. Our open house days with Chris were equal parts home tour and narrated community tour. Chris rapidly built our knowledge of Orange County, which made our final decision to buy very easy, and quickly closed the sale once we settled on a property.
